Good recruitment starts with a clearly defined assignment. Would you like to help with this first step? We are looking for self-employed people from Wels to speak with companies about their actual staffing issues and prepare partnership discussions.
Your tasks
You organise follow-up activities for discussions about potential partnerships. This includes a brief summary of the reason discussed, outstanding questions and the agreed next contact. You check on the current status and follow through on agreed responses. Where there is definite interest, you prepare a discussion with the person responsible so that those involved can discuss the potential recruitment partnership in a focused way.
What you bring
You bring strong communication skills and an interest in staffing matters. Experience in recruitment or sales can help; what matters most is a careful approach, supported statements and clear responsibilities.
Your development
You can strengthen your ability to summarise precisely. A good result means that the person responsible quickly understands the reason for the conversation, the outstanding questions and the desired next step.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Commission basis
Your contribution consists of solid business contacts and specifically agreed referral services. Payment is based on the agreed successful outcome; free platform features do not generate any promised follow-on commission.
