A potential partnership begins long before the first placement. Working on a self-employed basis from Mödling, you can find out whether companies would welcome a recruitment discussion, which contacts are responsible and which questions should be clarified beforehand.
Your tasks
You research companies and business contact options for a potential recruitment partnership. When approaching them, you explain your assignment and clarify who is responsible for staffing matters. If there is interest, you ask them to describe how they would like to proceed and prepare a well-informed handover. You carefully document the contact details and conversation outcomes needed for this, in line with the agreed purpose.
What you bring
You can familiarise yourself with different business situations and recognise how things connect. You use targeted follow-up questions to clarify missing details and clearly organise the available information for further conversations.
Your development
You can develop your own conversational style while remaining reliable. A range of experiences, a fresh career start or existing practical expertise can each provide a suitable starting point.

Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Commission basis
We explicitly agree which recruitment or business acquisition activities will be remunerated. No ongoing customer commission is promised for free Jobvelio features.
