Your tasks
Your contribution is to establish the initial, structured contact between companies and a recruitment agency. When a staffing need is mentioned, you clarify its status and the role being sought through specific follow-up questions. For the next discussion, you prepare confirmed information, outstanding questions and a jointly agreed next step.
