A good recruitment conversation requires more than assuming that every company is looking for staff. Would you like to take a closer look? We are looking for self-employed people from Trier to objectively explore specific partnership opportunities with companies.
Your tasks
During the conversation, you explore whether the company is seeking initial guidance or considering a specific assignment. You prepare the appropriate next step accordingly and summarise the topics the company would like to explore further. You ask about the relevant decision-makers and the current status of any recruitment search. This creates a clear basis for the next conversation about a potential recruitment services partnership.
What you bring
You bring strong communication skills and an interest in staffing matters. Experience in recruitment or sales can help; what matters most is a careful approach, supported statements and clear responsibilities.

You can develop your own conversational style while remaining reliable. A range of experiences, a fresh career start or existing practical expertise can each provide a suitable starting point.

Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Commission basis
