Would you like to bring companies and recruitment services together through a clear initial conversation? Based in Hagen, you can work on a self-employed basis to initiate potential partnerships, clarify responsibilities and carefully record interest in a focused discussion.
Your tasks
During the initial contact, you explain the proposed discussion process and explore interest in working together. You gather questions, clarify responsibilities and prepare a possible next discussion. Any existing recruitment need is recorded together with its current status. The person responsible then receives a clear summary so they can discuss the services and requirements of a recruitment partnership with the company in concrete terms.
What you bring
You can familiarise yourself with different business situations and recognise how things connect. You use targeted follow-up questions to clarify missing details and clearly organise the available information for further conversations.
Your development
The role allows you to practise preparing conversations for different business situations. You can assess which questions provide clarity and when a discussion with a specialist has been meaningfully prepared.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Commission basis
Your contribution consists of solid business contacts and specifically agreed referral services. Payment is based on the agreed successful outcome; free platform features do not generate any promised follow-on commission.
