Are you interested in people, companies and clear agreements? In this self-employed role based in Krefeld, you help initiate recruitment partnerships and establish whether a more in-depth discussion with a company would be useful.
Your tasks
You approach companies about a potential recruitment partnership and explore their current situation. You ask about existing processes, upcoming staffing issues and expectations of external support. You record the information relevant to the discussion concisely and carefully. You then clarify with your contact which topics should be explored in more depth during a follow-up conversation with the person responsible.
What you bring
You handle conversation outcomes conscientiously and can prioritise your tasks. Reliable preparation, factual notes and a realistic assessment of the status of each discussion support your daily work.
Your development
Thoughtful follow-up can help you improve how you organise your self-employed work. You learn to follow up reliably on agreed contacts and assess the effort involved in relation to the progress made in discussions.

Compensation
