Are you interested in people, companies and clear agreements? In this self-employed role based in Wuppertal, you help initiate recruitment partnerships and establish whether a more in-depth discussion with a company would be useful.
Your tasks
You organise follow-up activities for discussions about potential partnerships. This includes a brief summary of the reason discussed, outstanding questions and the agreed next contact. You check on the current status and follow through on agreed responses. Where there is definite interest, you prepare a discussion with the person responsible so that those involved can discuss the potential recruitment partnership in a focused way.

You respect confidential company information and keep data use to a minimum. Before personal information is shared, you pay attention to its purpose, necessity and the appropriate basis required for sharing it.

Compensation
