Would you like to take responsibility for preparing your conversations and organising your work? Based in Bochum, you can work on a self-employed basis to support initial company contacts, clarify potential partnership needs and prepare further discussions with the people responsible.
Your tasks
Your contribution is to establish the initial, structured contact between companies and a recruitment agency. You clearly explain the reason for the contact, ask about interest and identify the appropriate contacts. When a staffing need is mentioned, you clarify its status and the role being sought through specific follow-up questions. For the next discussion, you prepare confirmed information, outstanding questions and a jointly agreed next step.

Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Commission basis
Your contribution consists of solid business contacts and specifically agreed referral services. Payment is based on the agreed successful outcome; free platform features do not generate any promised follow-on commission.
