Can you listen attentively and turn an unresolved topic into an organised next step? We are looking for self-employed people from Duisburg who initiate recruitment partnerships objectively and do not assume that unconfirmed recruitment assignments exist.
Your tasks

You prepare the appropriate next step accordingly and summarise the topics the company would like to explore further. You ask about the relevant decision-makers and the current status of any recruitment search. This creates a clear basis for the next conversation about a potential recruitment services partnership.

You bring strong communication skills and an interest in staffing matters. Experience in recruitment or sales can help; what matters most is a careful approach, supported statements and clear responsibilities.

Compensation
