Your tasks
You help prepare a focused discussion about recruitment services. You clarify interest, responsibilities and information needs, and ask for an explanation of any existing recruitment requirements. You then organise the information into confirmed requirements and outstanding points. You pass this basis for discussion to the person responsible and coordinate the next step the company has agreed with you.
What you bring
You have a confident command of German for business conversations and short summaries. You use digital tools to keep agreed responses and outstanding points clearly visible and organised.
Your development
You can develop your own conversational style while remaining reliable. A range of experiences, a fresh career start or existing practical expertise can each provide a suitable starting point.

Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
