A company does not always want to commission a recruitment search immediately. Can you respect that distinction while still asking helpful questions? We are looking for self-employed people from Hildesheim to initiate discussions about recruitment partnerships.
Your tasks
During the initial contact, you explain the proposed discussion process and explore interest in working together. You gather questions, clarify responsibilities and prepare a possible next discussion. Any existing recruitment need is recorded together with its current status. The person responsible then receives a clear summary so they can discuss the services and requirements of a recruitment partnership with the company in concrete terms.

You handle conversation outcomes conscientiously and can prioritise your tasks. Reliable preparation, factual notes and a realistic assessment of the status of each discussion support your daily work.
Your development
Thoughtful follow-up can help you improve how you organise your self-employed work. You learn to follow up reliably on agreed contacts and assess the effort involved in relation to the progress made in discussions.

Compensation
