Good recruitment starts with a clearly defined assignment. Would you like to help with this first step? We are looking for self-employed people from Oldenburg (Oldb) to speak with companies about their actual staffing issues and prepare partnership discussions.
Your tasks
You prepare potential partnership discussions by asking about the specific reason and desired scope. Does a company initially want information, a discussion about a single recruitment search or to explore a broader partnership? You clearly record these distinctions and organise the next discussion. You provide the person responsible with an organised basis for discussing a potential recruitment partnership in concrete terms.
What you bring
You have a confident command of German for business conversations and short summaries. You use digital tools to keep agreed responses and outstanding points clearly visible and organised.
Your development
Thoughtful follow-up can help you improve how you organise your self-employed work. You learn to follow up reliably on agreed contacts and assess the effort involved in relation to the progress made in discussions.

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
