Can you listen attentively and turn an unresolved topic into an organised next step? We are looking for self-employed people from Neubrandenburg who initiate recruitment partnerships objectively and do not assume that unconfirmed recruitment assignments exist.
Your tasks
You ask questions about staffing needs in a way that allows a company to describe its own situation. You ask what prompted its interest in a partnership and how far any potential recruitment search has already been agreed internally. You organise the answers for a further discussion. In doing so, you treat business information confidentially and prepare it for the person responsible within the agreed scope.
What you bring
You respect confidential company information and keep data use to a minimum. Before personal information is shared, you pay attention to its purpose, necessity and the appropriate basis required for sharing it.
Your development
You can develop a more precise understanding of how a recruitment partnership is initiated. In doing so, you learn to distinguish step by step between needs, responsibilities and the stage reached in the decision-making process.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Commission basis
This recruitment role is subject to the individually agreed performance-based remuneration model. Simply using free platform services is not treated as a completed deal that qualifies for payment.
