Would you like to combine a personal career goal with a practical communication role? We are looking for people from Offenbach am Main to initiate recruitment partnerships on a self-employed basis, communicate transparently and summarise conversation outcomes precisely.
Your tasks
You initiate conversations through permitted contact channels with companies interested in exploring a recruitment partnership. You explain your assignment and identify the appropriate contact person. You explore the staffing issues the company is dealing with and whether it would welcome a more detailed discussion. Afterwards, you clearly summarise the specific reason for the conversation, the current status and the agreed next steps.
What you bring
You can familiarise yourself with different business situations and recognise how things connect. You use targeted follow-up questions to clarify missing details and clearly organise the available information for further conversations.
Your development
You can learn to assess business interest realistically and respect decisions that are still pending. This supports a reliable approach that clarifies expectations early and avoids inappropriate promises.

Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Commission basis
