Would you like to take responsibility for preparing your conversations and organising your work? Based in Landshut, you can work on a self-employed basis to support initial company contacts, clarify potential partnership needs and prepare further discussions with the people responsible.
Your tasks
You prepare potential partnership discussions by asking about the specific reason and desired scope. Does a company initially want information, a discussion about a single recruitment search or to explore a broader partnership? You clearly record these distinctions and organise the next discussion. You provide the person responsible with an organised basis for discussing a potential recruitment partnership in concrete terms.
What you bring
You clearly explain the reason for making contact and respond attentively to questions. You respect the decisions of the people you speak with and make firm arrangements for suitable next steps.
Your development
The role allows you to practise preparing conversations for different business situations. You can assess which questions provide clarity and when a discussion with a specialist has been meaningfully prepared.

Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Commission basis
We explicitly agree which recruitment or business acquisition activities will be remunerated. No ongoing customer commission is promised for free Jobvelio features.
