Would you like to bring companies and recruitment services together through a clear initial conversation? Based in Bayreuth, you can work on a self-employed basis to initiate potential partnerships, clarify responsibilities and carefully record interest in a focused discussion.
Your tasks
Your contribution is to establish the initial, structured contact between companies and a recruitment agency. You clearly explain the reason for the contact, ask about interest and identify the appropriate contacts. When a staffing need is mentioned, you clarify its status and the role being sought through specific follow-up questions. For the next discussion, you prepare confirmed information, outstanding questions and a jointly agreed next step.
What you bring
You have a confident command of German for business conversations and short summaries. You use digital tools to keep agreed responses and outstanding points clearly visible and organised.
Your development
You can become more confident in handling confidential business matters. This includes requesting only the information needed and carefully distinguishing between internal clarification and potential disclosure.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Commission basis
For this role, commission depends on the specific referral or cooperation service agreed. Free use of the platform alone does not entitle you to a monthly customer commission.
