Would you like to bring companies and recruitment services together through a clear initial conversation? Based in Ingolstadt, you can work on a self-employed basis to initiate potential partnerships, clarify responsibilities and carefully record interest in a focused discussion.
Your tasks
You organise follow-up activities for discussions about potential partnerships. This includes a brief summary of the reason discussed, outstanding questions and the agreed next contact. You check on the current status and follow through on agreed responses. Where there is definite interest, you prepare a discussion with the person responsible so that those involved can discuss the potential recruitment partnership in a focused way.
What you bring
You want to be self-employed and can organise your working hours independently. Taking financial responsibility and realistically assessing the effort involved are also part of this role.
Your development
Thoughtful follow-up can help you improve how you organise your self-employed work. You learn to follow up reliably on agreed contacts and assess the effort involved in relation to the progress made in discussions.

Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
