Good recruitment starts with a clearly defined assignment. Would you like to help with this first step? We are looking for self-employed people from Regensburg to speak with companies about their actual staffing issues and prepare partnership discussions.
Your tasks
You help give structure to an initial interest in a partnership. You explore which recruitment questions a company would like to discuss, who should be involved and what information is needed for the next meeting. You clearly document confirmed information and outstanding points. You then coordinate a suitable discussion with the person responsible, who can explain the potential recruitment services offering in more detail.
What you bring
You clearly explain the reason for making contact and respond attentively to questions. You respect the decisions of the people you speak with and make firm arrangements for suitable next steps.
Your development
The role can broaden your knowledge of recruitment services from a company's perspective. You explore which questions should be answered before working together and who needs to be involved.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Commission basis
Your contribution consists of solid business contacts and specifically agreed referral services. Payment is based on the agreed successful outcome; free platform features do not generate any promised follow-on commission.
