You ask about the relevant decision-makers and the current status of any recruitment search. This creates a clear basis for the next conversation about a potential recruitment services partnership.

You can explain a potential partnership clearly and carefully record its current status. You help prepare for binding decisions by providing clear information and an organised handover to the person responsible.
Your development
You can develop a more precise understanding of how a recruitment partnership is initiated. In doing so, you learn to distinguish step by step between needs, responsibilities and the stage reached in the decision-making process.
How you work
This role can be carried out from home. You need a reliable digital working environment and a clear system for organising your contacts.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Commission basis
