Would you like to take responsibility for preparing your conversations and organising your work? Based in Tübingen, you can work on a self-employed basis to support initial company contacts, clarify potential partnership needs and prepare further discussions with the people responsible.
Your tasks
During the initial contact, you explain the proposed discussion process and explore interest in working together. You gather questions, clarify responsibilities and prepare a possible next discussion. Any existing recruitment need is recorded together with its current status. The person responsible then receives a clear summary so they can discuss the services and requirements of a recruitment partnership with the company in concrete terms.

You can explore a business situation through open questions and record the results objectively. You reliably distinguish between interest, a specific need and an assignment that has actually been confirmed.
Your development
Over time, you can develop your ability to establish trusting business relationships. This requires consistent, careful work, realistic goals and a willingness to use feedback to support your further development.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
For this role, commission depends on the specific referral or cooperation service agreed. Free use of the platform alone does not entitle you to a monthly customer commission.
