Can you listen attentively and turn an unresolved topic into an organised next step? We are looking for self-employed people from Reutlingen who initiate recruitment partnerships objectively and do not assume that unconfirmed recruitment assignments exist.
Your tasks
You initiate conversations through permitted contact channels with companies interested in exploring a recruitment partnership. You explain your assignment and identify the appropriate contact person. You explore the staffing issues the company is dealing with and whether it would welcome a more detailed discussion. Afterwards, you clearly summarise the specific reason for the conversation, the current status and the agreed next steps.

Career changers and experienced professionals can bring different strengths. What matters is that you can listen carefully, work independently and recognise the limits of your own responsibilities.
Your development
The role allows you to practise preparing conversations for different business situations. You can assess which questions provide clarity and when a discussion with a specialist has been meaningfully prepared.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Commission basis
