A company does not always want to commission a recruitment search immediately. Can you respect that distinction while still asking helpful questions? We are looking for self-employed people from Karlsruhe to initiate discussions about recruitment partnerships.
Your tasks
You research companies and business contact options for a potential recruitment partnership. When approaching them, you explain your assignment and clarify who is responsible for staffing matters. If there is interest, you ask them to describe how they would like to proceed and prepare a well-informed handover. You carefully document the contact details and conversation outcomes needed for this, in line with the agreed purpose.

You respect confidential company information and keep data use to a minimum. Before personal information is shared, you pay attention to its purpose, necessity and the appropriate basis required for sharing it.
Your development
You can learn to assess business interest realistically and respect decisions that are still pending. This supports a reliable approach that clarifies expectations early and avoids inappropriate promises.

Compensation
