Are you interested in people, companies and clear agreements? In this self-employed role based in Berlin, you help initiate recruitment partnerships and establish whether a more in-depth discussion with a company would be useful.
Your tasks
You initiate conversations through permitted contact channels with companies interested in exploring a recruitment partnership. You explain your assignment and identify the appropriate contact person. You explore the staffing issues the company is dealing with and whether it would welcome a more detailed discussion. Afterwards, you clearly summarise the specific reason for the conversation, the current status and the agreed next steps.

You can explain a potential partnership clearly and carefully record its current status. You help prepare for binding decisions by providing clear information and an organised handover to the person responsible.

Over time, you can develop your ability to establish trusting business relationships. This requires consistent, careful work, realistic goals and a willingness to use feedback to support your further development.

Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Commission basis
