Do you have experience dealing with customers, or are you looking for a new career direction? This self-employed client acquisition role, based in Frauenfeld, involves listening to companies and objectively establishing their interest in Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You maintain your business contacts so that agreed responses and open questions remain clear. In subsequent conversations, you ask about the current situation and the desired next step. You present confirmed platform information clearly and, if there is interest, coordinate the handover to the person responsible. That person receives a clear summary of the topics for a potential ongoing recruitment partnership.
What you bring
You have a confident command of German for conversations and note-taking. It is also important that you can clearly summarize companies' questions and distinguish essential information from unnecessary details.

The role gives you an opportunity to prepare your approach to companies in a more targeted way. You can review which questions were helpful and how to agree on a useful next step more clearly.

Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
