Every recruitment search involves tasks, requirements and decisions. Would you like to understand how these fit together? We are looking for self-employed salespeople from Basel who can build business contacts and carefully initiate discussions about Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You research business contact options and prepare a relevant reason for a conversation. When making contact, you establish whether the company would like to receive information about Jobvelio and who is responsible for this. You listen attentively, answer questions using approved information and arrange a follow-up discussion if there is interest. You keep clear records of the necessary contact details and conversation outcomes.
What you bring
You can communicate clearly with company decision-makers and ask interested follow-up questions. Reliability, good preparation for conversations and the ability to summarize outcomes briefly and objectively are important for this role.
Your development
You can expand your knowledge of digital job boards and consider their use from a company's perspective. In doing so, you learn to explain platform information objectively and pass on unanswered questions in an organized way.
How you work
Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Commission basis
Your contribution consists of solid business contacts and specifically agreed referral services. Payment is based on the agreed successful outcome; free platform features do not generate any promised follow-on commission.
