Do you have experience dealing with customers, or are you looking for a new career direction? This self-employed client acquisition role, based in Thun, involves listening to companies and objectively establishing their interest in Jobvelio.
Your tasks
Within the agreed scope, you contact companies through permitted channels and clearly explain the purpose: information about Jobvelio and potential recruitment discussions. You identify the person responsible, ask whether they are interested and invite them to describe their current situation. You then record their stated information needs and prepare the jointly agreed next step.
What you bring
Experience in sales, customer service or staffing matters can be useful. Career changers may also be a good fit if they take a factual approach to learning the role and handle business information responsibly.
Your development
You can gain experience in connecting business objectives with recruitment questions. Progress becomes apparent as your conversation summaries become more precise and your follow-up steps easier to understand.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
We explicitly agree which recruitment or business acquisition activities will be remunerated. No ongoing customer commission is promised for free Jobvelio features.
