Are you interested in companies and the people who will work for them? For our self-employed business acquisition work, we are looking for people from Biel/Bienne who can carefully establish staffing needs and reliably prepare the next contact.
Your tasks
You explain to companies how to use the job board and establish whether they are interested in an additional discussion about recruitment. You follow the approved information and collect questions that need to be explored in greater depth. You then agree on the desired next step. For a qualified handover, you summarize the information needs and the business contact details of the person responsible.
What you bring
You remain reliable even when a company is not yet ready to make a decision. Patience, objective follow-up questions and accepting when contact comes to an end are part of your approach.

You can become more confident in presenting digital services without exaggeration. Clear preparation, careful follow-up questions and a willingness to continually check your own statements help you achieve this.

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
