An engaging discussion develops when a company can openly describe its situation. Would you like to create the conditions for this? We are looking for self-employed people from Bern to engage companies in business acquisition conversations about Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You build contacts with the people who handle staffing matters within a company. In conversation, you explain your assignment and ask whether they are interested in Jobvelio or further recruitment advice. You invite them to describe their current situation and unanswered questions. You then prepare the handover with the agreed information and coordinate an appropriate next discussion.
What you bring
You treat business information confidentially and carefully record the necessary contact details. When handing information over, you ensure that it serves the agreed purpose and that there is an appropriate basis for sharing it.
Your development
The role gives you an opportunity to prepare your approach to companies in a more targeted way. You can review which questions were helpful and how to agree on a useful next step more clearly.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Commission basis
For this role, commission depends on the specific referral or cooperation service agreed. Free use of the platform alone does not entitle you to a monthly customer commission.
