Would you like to use your communication skills to support a digital job board? We are looking for people from Wetzikon (ZH) to work with us on a self-employed basis, communicating clearly with companies and establishing their interest in Jobvelio without pressure.
Your tasks
Your focus is on building qualified business contacts. You research suitable companies, identify business contacts and prepare a specific reason for a conversation. During the discussion, you establish interest in Jobvelio and explore any staffing needs that may exist. You then summarize the confirmed information and organize a suitable next step with those involved in the potential cooperation.
What you bring
You can clearly present a digital service and carefully familiarize yourself with approved information. You organize further questions for the person responsible.
Your development
Your communication skills can develop through attentive listening and targeted follow-up questions. You learn to clarify expectations early and avoid prematurely treating a request for information as a firm commitment to cooperate.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Commission basis
Your contribution consists of solid business contacts and specifically agreed referral services. Payment is based on the agreed successful outcome; free platform features do not generate any promised follow-on commission.
