Companies need a clear way to attract suitable applications. Would you like to talk to businesses about their recruitment? Working independently from Uster, you can establish business contacts for Jobvelio and potential recruitment discussions.
Your tasks
You guide business contacts from initial interest to a follow-up discussion with the relevant topics prepared. You introduce Jobvelio using confirmed information and explore whether there are questions about using it or recruiting staff. You clarify any stated recruitment need through specific follow-up questions. You then compile the relevant details and connect the company with the person responsible for further discussion.
What you bring
You respect the time of the people you speak with and clearly explain the reason for contacting them. You lay the groundwork for cooperation through factual information, relevant questions and an explicitly agreed next step.
Your development
By maintaining contacts carefully, you can improve your own organizational skills. You develop routines for following up as promised and recording only the information needed for the next step.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Commission basis
Remuneration relates to agreed outcomes in business outreach or recruitment placement. A free registration with Jobvelio is not presented here as a customer contract that qualifies for commission.
