Do you have experience dealing with customers, or are you looking for a new career direction? This self-employed client acquisition role, based in Dornbirn, involves listening to companies and objectively establishing their interest in Jobvelio.
Your tasks
Within the agreed scope, you contact companies through permitted channels and clearly explain the purpose: information about Jobvelio and potential recruitment discussions. You identify the person responsible, ask whether they are interested and invite them to describe their current situation. You then record their stated information needs and prepare the jointly agreed next step.
What you bring
You are interested in a company's specific staffing needs. You use open-ended questions to explore the current situation and identify which topics should be discussed in more depth in the next conversation.
Your development
Your communication skills can develop through attentive listening and targeted follow-up questions. You learn to clarify expectations early and avoid prematurely treating a request for information as a firm commitment to cooperate.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Commission basis
For this role, commission depends on the specific referral or cooperation service agreed. Free use of the platform alone does not entitle you to a monthly customer commission.
