Would you like your work to create reliable connections between companies and recruitment? As a self-employed professional from Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, you can support initial business contacts and clarify which questions need to be answered before working together.
Your tasks
You prepare initial conversations in which companies can describe how they have been attracting applicants. You ask about the roles they are looking to fill, the people responsible and the current status of any potential search. You explain the approved information on using Jobvelio and collect additional questions. Together with the person you are speaking with, you establish whether they would like a further introduction to the platform or a recruitment discussion.
What you bring
You enjoy working independently and can keep your contacts well organized. You reliably distinguish between an initial response, concrete interest and an assignment that has actually been agreed.
Your development
You can develop a self-employed way of working that fits the time you have available. To do this, you compare the effort you put in with the actual progress made in conversations and refine your planning.

Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
