Are you interested in companies and the people who will work for them? For our self-employed business acquisition work, we are looking for people from Graz who can carefully establish staffing needs and reliably prepare the next contact.
Your tasks
You maintain your business contacts so that agreed responses and open questions remain clear. In subsequent conversations, you ask about the current situation and the desired next step. You present confirmed platform information clearly and, if there is interest, coordinate the handover to the person responsible. That person receives a clear summary of the topics for a potential ongoing recruitment partnership.
What you bring
You enjoy working independently and can keep your contacts well organized. You reliably distinguish between an initial response, concrete interest and an assignment that has actually been agreed.
Your development
You can become more confident in presenting digital services without exaggeration. Clear preparation, careful follow-up questions and a willingness to continually check your own statements help you achieve this.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
