Are you interested in companies and the people who will work for them? For our self-employed business acquisition work, we are looking for people from Baden who can carefully establish staffing needs and reliably prepare the next contact.
Your tasks
In conversations with companies, you establish whether they are currently recruiting or initially want information about Jobvelio. You tailor your questions to their current situation and explain the relevant, approved platform information. You then agree on a useful next contact. Throughout this process, you carefully document the necessary business details and clearly prepare the information request for the person responsible.
What you bring
You can communicate clearly with company decision-makers and ask interested follow-up questions. Reliability, good preparation for conversations and the ability to summarize outcomes briefly and objectively are important for this role.
Your development
Over time, you can develop your ability to establish business contacts reliably. This includes recognizing the limits of your own assignment and maintaining clear responsibilities when moving on to further discussions.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Commission basis
