Would you like to use your communication skills to support a digital job board? We are looking for people from Gotha to work with us on a self-employed basis, communicating clearly with companies and establishing their interest in Jobvelio without pressure.
Your tasks
You maintain your business contacts so that agreed responses and open questions remain clear. In subsequent conversations, you ask about the current situation and the desired next step. You present confirmed platform information clearly and, if there is interest, coordinate the handover to the person responsible. That person receives a clear summary of the topics for a potential ongoing recruitment partnership.
What you bring
You are interested in a company's specific staffing needs. You use open-ended questions to explore the current situation and identify which topics should be discussed in more depth in the next conversation.
Your development
The role gives you an opportunity to prepare your approach to companies in a more targeted way. You can review which questions were helpful and how to agree on a useful next step more clearly.

Compensation
