Companies need a clear way to attract suitable applications. Would you like to talk to businesses about their recruitment? Working independently from Jena, you can establish business contacts for Jobvelio and potential recruitment discussions.
Your tasks
You help prepare discussions with companies by asking structured questions about their needs. What role needs to be filled, how definite is the search and who can make the decision? You summarize the answers objectively and clarify any follow-up questions. If a company would prefer to get to know Jobvelio first, you instead prepare the requested platform information and a suitable further discussion with the person responsible.
What you bring
You have a confident command of German for conversations and note-taking. It is also important that you can clearly summarize companies' questions and distinguish essential information from unnecessary details.
Your development
By maintaining contacts carefully, you can improve your own organizational skills. You develop routines for following up as promised and recording only the information needed for the next step.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Commission basis
For this role, commission depends on the specific referral or cooperation service agreed. Free use of the platform alone does not entitle you to a monthly customer commission.
