Are you interested in companies and the people who will work for them? For our self-employed business acquisition work, we are looking for people from Magdeburg who can carefully establish staffing needs and reliably prepare the next contact.
Your tasks
You help prepare discussions with companies by asking structured questions about their needs. What role needs to be filled, how definite is the search and who can make the decision? You summarize the answers objectively and clarify any follow-up questions. If a company would prefer to get to know Jobvelio first, you instead prepare the requested platform information and a suitable further discussion with the person responsible.
What you bring
Experience in sales, customer service or staffing matters can be useful. Career changers may also be a good fit if they take a factual approach to learning the role and handle business information responsibly.
Your development
The role gives you an opportunity to prepare your approach to companies in a more targeted way. You can review which questions were helpful and how to agree on a useful next step more clearly.
