Do you have experience dealing with customers, or are you looking for a new career direction? This self-employed client acquisition role, based in Oberhausen, involves listening to companies and objectively establishing their interest in Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You help interested businesses gain an initial overview of Jobvelio. You explain confirmed ways to use it and help identify the right contact for further questions. During the conversation, you also explore whether additional information about recruitment is wanted. You clearly record the specific information needs and agreed next steps for a well-prepared handover.
What you bring
You remain reliable even when a company is not yet ready to make a decision. Patience, objective follow-up questions and accepting when contact comes to an end are part of your approach.
Your development
Your communication skills can develop through attentive listening and targeted follow-up questions. You learn to clarify expectations early and avoid prematurely treating a request for information as a firm commitment to cooperate.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
