Companies need a clear way to attract suitable applications. Would you like to talk to businesses about their recruitment? Working independently from Mönchengladbach, you can establish business contacts for Jobvelio and potential recruitment discussions.
Your tasks
You explain to companies how to use the job board and establish whether they are interested in an additional discussion about recruitment. You follow the approved information and collect questions that need to be explored in greater depth. You then agree on the desired next step. For a qualified handover, you summarize the information needs and the business contact details of the person responsible.
What you bring
You want to work on a self-employed basis and can realistically plan for the effort involved. Organising your work and taking financial responsibility are part of that decision.
Your development
You can expand your knowledge of digital job boards and consider their use from a company's perspective. In doing so, you learn to explain platform information objectively and pass on unanswered questions in an organized way.
How you work

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Commission basis
