Are you interested in companies and the people who will work for them? For our self-employed business acquisition work, we are looking for people from Bochum who can carefully establish staffing needs and reliably prepare the next contact.
Your tasks
You maintain your business contacts so that agreed responses and open questions remain clear. In subsequent conversations, you ask about the current situation and the desired next step. You present confirmed platform information clearly and, if there is interest, coordinate the handover to the person responsible. That person receives a clear summary of the topics for a potential ongoing recruitment partnership.
What you bring
You respect the time of the people you speak with and clearly explain the reason for contacting them. You lay the groundwork for cooperation through factual information, relevant questions and an explicitly agreed next step.
Your development
You can develop a self-employed way of working that fits the time you have available. To do this, you compare the effort you put in with the actual progress made in conversations and refine your planning.
How you work
You work from home and plan your next steps independently. To support reliable collaboration, we agree on availability and responsibilities before you start.
Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Commission basis
