Every recruitment search involves tasks, requirements and decisions. Would you like to understand how these fit together? We are looking for self-employed salespeople from Duisburg who can build business contacts and carefully initiate discussions about Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You build contacts with the people who handle staffing matters within a company. In conversation, you explain your assignment and ask whether they are interested in Jobvelio or further recruitment advice. You invite them to describe their current situation and unanswered questions. You then prepare the handover with the agreed information and coordinate an appropriate next discussion.
What you bring
You remain reliable even when a company is not yet ready to make a decision. Patience, objective follow-up questions and accepting when contact comes to an end are part of your approach.
Your development
The role can sharpen your understanding of different business situations. You learn to recognize unresolved staffing questions and prepare a factual handover without already promising a solution.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
We explicitly agree which recruitment or business acquisition activities will be remunerated. No ongoing customer commission is promised for free Jobvelio features.
