Do you have experience dealing with customers, or are you looking for a new career direction? This self-employed client acquisition role, based in Köln, involves listening to companies and objectively establishing their interest in Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You research business contact options and prepare a relevant reason for a conversation. When making contact, you establish whether the company would like to receive information about Jobvelio and who is responsible for this. You listen attentively, answer questions using approved information and arrange a follow-up discussion if there is interest. You keep clear records of the necessary contact details and conversation outcomes.
What you bring
You treat business information confidentially and carefully record the necessary contact details. When handing information over, you ensure that it serves the agreed purpose and that there is an appropriate basis for sharing it.
Your development
Your communication skills can develop through attentive listening and targeted follow-up questions. You learn to clarify expectations early and avoid prematurely treating a request for information as a firm commitment to cooperate.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Commission basis
