An engaging discussion develops when a company can openly describe its situation. Would you like to create the conditions for this? We are looking for self-employed people from Schwerin to engage companies in business acquisition conversations about Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You help prepare discussions with companies by asking structured questions about their needs. What role needs to be filled, how definite is the search and who can make the decision? You summarize the answers objectively and clarify any follow-up questions. If a company would prefer to get to know Jobvelio first, you instead prepare the requested platform information and a suitable further discussion with the person responsible.
What you bring
You treat business information confidentially and carefully record the necessary contact details. When handing information over, you ensure that it serves the agreed purpose and that there is an appropriate basis for sharing it.
Your development
The role can sharpen your understanding of different business situations. You learn to recognize unresolved staffing questions and prepare a factual handover without already promising a solution.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
Remuneration relates to agreed outcomes in business outreach or recruitment placement. A free registration with Jobvelio is not presented here as a customer contract that qualifies for commission.
