Are you interested in companies and the people who will work for them? For our self-employed business acquisition work, we are looking for people from Augsburg who can carefully establish staffing needs and reliably prepare the next contact.
Your tasks
You maintain your business contacts so that agreed responses and open questions remain clear. In subsequent conversations, you ask about the current situation and the desired next step. You present confirmed platform information clearly and, if there is interest, coordinate the handover to the person responsible. That person receives a clear summary of the topics for a potential ongoing recruitment partnership.
What you bring
You remain reliable even when a company is not yet ready to make a decision. Patience, objective follow-up questions and accepting when contact comes to an end are part of your approach.
Your development
Over time, you can develop your ability to establish business contacts reliably. This includes recognizing the limits of your own assignment and maintaining clear responsibilities when moving on to further discussions.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
We explicitly agree which recruitment or business acquisition activities will be remunerated. No ongoing customer commission is promised for free Jobvelio features.
