An engaging discussion develops when a company can openly describe its situation. Would you like to create the conditions for this? We are looking for self-employed people from Heilbronn to engage companies in business acquisition conversations about Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You build contacts with the people who handle staffing matters within a company. In conversation, you explain your assignment and ask whether they are interested in Jobvelio or further recruitment advice. You invite them to describe their current situation and unanswered questions. You then prepare the handover with the agreed information and coordinate an appropriate next discussion.
What you bring
You can communicate clearly with company decision-makers and ask interested follow-up questions. Reliability, good preparation for conversations and the ability to summarize outcomes briefly and objectively are important for this role.
Your development
Your communication skills can develop through attentive listening and targeted follow-up questions. You learn to clarify expectations early and avoid prematurely treating a request for information as a firm commitment to cooperate.

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
