Do you have experience dealing with customers, or are you looking for a new career direction? This self-employed client acquisition role, based in Bremen, involves listening to companies and objectively establishing their interest in Jobvelio.
Your tasks
You explore how a company organizes its recruitment and which questions remain unanswered. You then clearly explain Jobvelio's confirmed features; the features currently offered to the public are free. You establish whether there is also interest in a recruitment discussion and prepare the key topics for an exchange with the person responsible.
What you bring
You respect the time of the people you speak with and clearly explain the reason for contacting them. You lay the groundwork for cooperation through factual information, relevant questions and an explicitly agreed next step.
Your development
You can gain experience in connecting business objectives with recruitment questions. Progress becomes apparent as your conversation summaries become more precise and your follow-up steps easier to understand.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
Remuneration relates to agreed outcomes in business outreach or recruitment placement. A free registration with Jobvelio is not presented here as a customer contract that qualifies for commission.
