A company first needs clarity about its processes before it can assess a new solution. Would you like to support this initial stage? We are looking for self-employed sales professionals from Basel who communicate calmly and reliably.
Your tasks
You explore whether a business wants to change its telephone processes and what goals it hopes to achieve. You ask about typical situations and how incoming enquiries have been handled so far. You organise the needs identified and present relevant, approved information. If there is further interest, you coordinate the next contact and prepare the open questions for the consultation.
What you bring
You can work on a computer, prepare for conversations, and record outcomes clearly. You treat sensitive business information confidentially and limit your notes to what is necessary for the task.

Working together can provide an opportunity to structure your self-employed activity more clearly. You can compare the effort involved, conversation quality, and next steps achieved, and use this to identify your own improvements.

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
