A good conversation connects initial interest with a suitable solution. Working independently from Bern, you can clarify what questions businesses have about their availability by phone and who can make decisions about it.
Your tasks
Your task is to identify business needs and willingness to engage in a conversation. You find the appropriate contact person, ask them to describe typical telephone workflows and explore their expectations of support. You then clearly present the relevant approved product information. Where there is concrete interest, you prepare the content for further discussions with the responsible adviser.
What you bring
You can ask open-ended questions, summarise answers, and respect business interests. Working independently also requires a reliable daily routine and a willingness to follow up carefully on agreements made during conversations.
Your development
Each careful assessment of needs can strengthen your ability to explain benefits clearly. It remains essential that your statements match the confirmed offering and the company's situation.

Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
A non-binding numerical example: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed commission of 60 euros per month per customer, would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission revenue before costs, taxes and social security contributions. What matters is the conditions actually agreed and fulfilled.
