Do you listen carefully and want to understand what businesses deal with in their day-to-day work? We are looking for people from Eisenstadt to work with us on a self-employed basis, conducting factual, attentive conversations about availability by phone.
Your tasks
Your responsibilities include recording follow-up questions about the AI telephone assistant and providing the relevant information. You explain approved product details clearly and clarify which points should be explored in greater depth in the next conversation. You reliably follow up on agreements made during conversations. The answers form an organised overview that enables the adviser responsible to address the company's actual needs.
What you bring
You speak German clearly and can explain technical topics in an accessible way. You familiarise yourself carefully with approved information and ask targeted follow-up questions when specialist queries arise.
Your development
You can learn to assess interest more precisely and prepare appropriate next steps. This supports a way of working that places greater value on conversation quality and reliability than on premature commitments.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
