A helpful solution starts with a business's actual needs. We are looking for self-employed sales partners from Wolfsberg to discuss availability by phone, ask questions, listen attentively, and agree on clear next steps.
Your tasks
You help businesses describe their requirements for availability by phone. To do this, you ask about typical reasons for contact, internal responsibilities, and expectations of potential support. You organise the answers according to their importance to the business and prepare them for a more detailed conversation. You direct technical follow-up questions to the person responsible.
What you bring
You handle follow-up questions calmly and accept a no. For you, a suitable working relationship develops through clear, well-founded advice and a voluntary decision by the business you approach.

You can focus your personal development on specific skills: explaining clearly, listening attentively, following up appropriately, and recognising limits. This requires practice, self-reflection, and a realistic view of outcomes.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
